The laws are:No gangs, if you are caught in gang activity you will have 4 fingers chopped and 2 years of jail! No killing, if you are caught killing you will be tortured to death! No drugs, if caught with drugs you will get 10 minutes in a box of pepper spray and 5 years of jail! No raping, if you rape you will be burnt to death! No arson, if you do all your belongings will be burnt in front you! The head of my utopia will be chosen by the people!Everyone is innocent until proven guilty!

There is a max population of 100 people! When the population is reached if another baby is born you must sacrifice either the baby or another memeber of your family.

My utopia encourages individuality! You can pick your own style and make it however you like it, but if someone doesn't want to be individual they are banned from the town, and to never return.

In my Utopia they would spend their days however they wish.There would be no school and 1 day a week work, certain jobs involving going deep in the forest would pay more then a restaurant worker.If you didn't go to work, you would still live just couldn't buy anything.It doesn't matter your age if you want to do something do it!The work age starts at 13 and you retire at 35.There is NO electricity!NO cars!The men will go out and either hunt or buy their food.If someone was to get sick then they would have to see a docter but for a small charge.
